JV3 Head unit adjust

Hi

I can't adjust my head with the supporting screw mounted.
If i take out the supporting screw i can manually adjust the head.
If i do so i can't SLANT adjust cause the head is very uneven..

Am i missing something here?

I followed the JV3 Series - S-head Replacement Procedure....

Think i got it...
I removed the unit adjuster and now it seem to work...
