JV3 Printing solid color over test draw

New Mimaki problem from earlier today. We have all the heads printing now, but the printer is now covering the test draw with a solid color. We unplugged everything from the slider board when it printed pink over the test draw, that made it turn to blue. I switched out all the head ribbon cables, that did nothing. I unplugged the large ribbon cables from the slider board and put them back in, and then it printed green over the test draw. Any ideas? It is also printing before it gets to the media.

Same Problem

Had a same problem on my JV3 on black channel. tested the board, one of the transistors (C4131) was blown. Can that also cause the same issue?
