hi everyone,
I have Mimaki JV3 160sp running on Sericol Inks and Ergosoft PosterPrint11. My problem is that all the shadows or dark places on photos are looking dark red with no transition. This is happening only on photos, while printing vector graphic black seems to be a bit light (K100). Is it problem of color profile or should I look for option in RIP soft? Test prints are good but sometimes there are 5 or 6 noozles missing on black. For photos Im using smooth diffusion and always converted to CMYK in Corel. Printer is set to CMYK lc lm...
Any advice would be highly appreciated...
dont have a picture of that but found something similar here: http://www.printerville.net/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/02/radiance-gamut-plot.png
