JV3 SP75 Motherboard

Hi, i have a old JV3 SP75 motherboard that was pullout from a working Mimaki SP75 but at close inspection we can see ink in top of the motherboard parts. The ink was drop in printing production in some way that we don't know. Can this affect the functionality from this board?
