JV33-160 Magenta not firing

I am stumped on what may be causing this problem. I have a beautiful test draw on 7 colors but am missing the 8th color (Magenta). When I do a normal clean I have the perfect test draw (all 8 colors firing correctly). I wil then send a print and let it print. Then after it prints I will do another test draw and the Magenta is gone again. Any suggestions? Maybe pump? I changed both magenta dampers and capping station.

Have you checked the plunger at the back of the cartridge? Sometimes they get stuck.

I have not. Im not sure where to look or what the plunger is at the back of the cartridge
