jv33 capping station and ink issues

Hi, does anyone know how to adjust a capping station? and has anyone had an issue with solaris inks with particles clogging print head? the print head and dampners are about 4 weeks old and seems the dampners will not stay full...I had two opinions one that the capping station needs to be adjusted cause its causing cross contamination, the other tech mentioned cause i am using solaris ink that there are particles that clogged the head causing drop out? any suggestions

Have you replaced the cap top? "Should" not need to adjust thbe station itself but the capping top is a consumable part.
