The JV33 at our shop has an interesting problem. When I am printing a banner or anything else that needs a lot of heat, it will start to heat up but then stop before it reaches the correct temp. Then it starts to heat up again, and then it stops again. It will do this until I go to the printer and skip the pre heat, then it starts printing and will heat up fine. It is not a big problam just aggravating. I can send a job then leave and come back an hour later and it has never started printing. Any thoughts?
