JV33 ink usage

Hi Folks.
I have a problem my my JV33 130 using excessive amounts of ink when printing.
This has only happened since my tech replaced print heads and updated the firmware to version 4 (?)
As an example, a 450mm x 280mm solid now costs approx. $1.60 to print.
I am sure that it only used to be around 50cents or so for that size before.

I have tried different profiles etc, but only manage to get it costing more!

Anyone have an idea?
