JV33 - Magenta flooding on cap top

Noticed that excessive magenta ink has been flooding on the left side of my cap top:



Replaced with a new cap top and the problem still exists. FYI, the pic above is of the new cap top.

Any suggestions? Thank you!

Yes, it is housed properly and the cap is brand new.

what does your test print look like? Are your dampers all good? Is there a leak from one of the tubes or connectors to the magenta damper?

My test draws are fine.

I'll inspect the tubes to the magenta dampers.

I'm guessing that the cap top needs to be aligned. Any one got steps for that?
