JV33 PRINT PROBLEMS.. thoughts?

Been talking to my equipment rep about this they are not totally convinced on the cause, cleaned everything, some dampers are new, cap is new, wiper is new, the only other thing I didnt clean yet is the clear strip that head runs on.

Its seems to happen only when the print is black, doesnt happen when its printing colours

the problems seems intermittent

try changing the head data cable into a new one, if that doesn't work change head

did you tried with manual head wash?

did you check to make sure you were not dragging any string or hair on the head??
does this print like this when doing a print head test?

we replaced the encoder strip, and everything is fine
