JV33 printing out of register

OK I'm stumped on this one. The cyan channel is printing offset from the rest of the colors on my JV33 as indicated in this photo.

I've tried turning high speed off, different resolutions, bi-directional and uni-directional, cleaning the encoder strip, different number of passes as well as redoing the drop position correct (three times) and the cyan is still consistently printing offset from the rest of the inks.

Is there maybe some more in depth calibrations I could be performing?

We are seeing the same phenomenon on two Mimaki presses. Did you ever get this resolved, Rooster?

I learned to live with it, but when I had to replace my mainboard, the issue went away.
