JV33 - Red LED lit on X-Motor Relay Board behind carts + "INK END" on black channels.

Is the RED led being lit on the JV33's X-Motor Relay board behind the cartridges indicative of anything? (or is this normal?)

(I originally thought it was the slider board, but the board I am talking about is NOT the one above the print head)

I'm not sure if that red light being on back there is normal or not.
