Hey guys,
Had an interesting problem on my JV4. The printer will intermittently print vertical lines(see image) for a few feet and then return to normal. Almost like it's printing the last horizontal dots repeatedly. This occurs every 30-40 yards. It seems to have started when we upgraded to the 3.20 firmware but another possibility is a firewire communications error. We are using the Wasatch TX Rip. Has anyone seen this or have an idea what it might be?
