JV5 Adjustments not saving

i have a jv5-160s that is being a pita. every morning i gotta do the pg adjust and drop pos adjustments to get good test draws and accurate prints. after i get them dialed in they are fine for a whole day of printing. but when i come in the next day they have to be re-adjusted.

the number entries are saving in the parameter settings when i go into the menu, its not like theyre getting reset to 0. ive tried making a backup of the printer settings using the firmware updater at night and reloading them in the morning but it doesnt do anything.

we have replaced the data cables and board battery

any help would be appreciated

Any progress with this? Got the same problem since heads been replaced

first try cleaning the encoder (use alcohol ) and encoder sensor (with air ) or replace them if they are in bad state, chack also head data cable.
perform calibrations once again.
In the worst case it can be slider board or mainboard
