JV55 Head Issue

Hi all,

I have been having issue with my Jv55 past 2 days with missing cyan on head 2 and 4. Just today I have been getting ink striks on head 4.

Please see image. would any one be able to advice me what is happening?

The problem with head #4 is an electrical issue. In many cases this can be cause by the connection between the print head and FPC cable. I would turn the machine off and inspect head #4 near this connection ( right side of the print head) make sure there is no ink anywhere near it. If the connection is clean you can always try un plugging and re plugging the fuse board witch is connected to your slider.
