Keencut Sabre Trimmer Parts

I'm looking for replacement linear bearings, part #CA75-115, for my Keencut Sabre Series trimmers. I'm looking for just the bearings, even if I need to buy multiple pairs, I don't need the entire head service repair kit. Any leads would be appreciated.

Not sure , but I thought they had lifetime replacement parts on many items
I would call them. They can only say no
