Kodak 1200i problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my Kodak 1200i. Yellow it's not printing. I changed the cartridge ( I believed that is a cartridge failure ) but the problem persist. I tried everything : Prime tests, System prime, vacuum prime, I verified the fill line ( it's ok ). The printer it's not reporting any error. Please help what can I do more ?
