Kona 1400 not printing

When I hook up my kona cutter to the PC and go into the device manager it comes up under OTHER devices and I see the name KONA but it says drivers not installed. I have tried everything to get it to print, changed cables, program update, everything. I am using Omega 7 for design. I have added the plotter to cut, but there is no connection. I am assuming I need a driver downloaded, or maybe a converter for USB to Com port? Anyone have any ideas or maybe a driver download?

I believe the COM drivers are still on Mutoh’s public FTP site.
