Hi All,
What could happen with the milling unit if you remove the chuck in closed position? It happend for the purpose of cleaning with this disgraceful mistake. The milling quality is excellent but it concerns me in any minute could be demaged. An Esko partner engineer lad had told me test it on 5 bar pressure. If the chuck releases the milling bit, there is a risk of milling. It did release it and he said it is borderline case. So keep an eye out, be careful with the router. He said there is a spring in the unit and if it is weary they only can change the whole unit not the spring.
