You can apply for a license from Kryptek to use the patterns, sure that would get you all of them. Since that is their product that they worked hard to research and develop.

That is what it amounts to. They are pretty vigilant about protecting their patterns (reasonably so). Like some other proprietary popular designs they might also not even be interested in licensing anyone else to produce it. I've run into that before on other patterns in the past....
