Much as I bash when things aren't right I will indeed praise when things are handled right. I finally upgraded my workstation as I am retiring my Seiko ( anybody want this sucker?) . Contacted Cadlink to make sure I purchased a machine my ver 8 p&c would run on. Had trouble with install. Cadlink no longer supports this older version but they had a tech get on line and go back in their records and load the new machine for me at no charge. That's service.
