L2550 Print Heads

I was just curious as to how often you guys change out your print heads? Mine seem to be still working fine, even though they have anywhere from 6-10 liters of ink through them. I have replaced both cyan heads from media jams damaging them.

Just curious if anyone changed them after so many cartridges or not? If so, do you see any print quality improvements?

My printer doesn't tell me when mine are bad. But when they are...
random drop outs, banding, and graininess are side affects.
