well i am using flexi.....

but am happy to say i just built a quick linux box and loaded caldera on it so as soon as i get it to recognize the printers, i may be out of flexi hell.

Flexi Hell, man! So glad you post this stuff, I've been staying away from Flexi. It doesn't seem to be the answer for the L2500 anyhow. Doing same as you, gearing up for Caldera.

Drs - Yes, I just bought 3 rolls of the Key Banner from Grimco. Each roll something different. 13 oz and 15 oz.

We print 13oz key banner matte finish. Run an entire roll through no problems like that. I would check your rip settings.
