L25500 cyan steaks on one side of print

Hi All, first post although been a fan of the site for a while.
i was wondering if anyone has suffered an issue with cyan streaks apperaring on your prints.
the cyan ink smears appear on the last 3/4 of a 36inch roll. i have attached a couple of photos to explain better.
i have cleaned the encoder strip and it is slightly better than it was but still there on every print.


any help greatly appreciated.

Hi all
I have the same problem with cyan ink smears. Do you fix this problem? If YES then can you give me advice how to fix this problem?

Maybe it's time to change one of the heads?

Too much vacuum or tension and the material is buckling at the end of the print.
