L25500 Heating Module - Code 15.1

Hey everyone,

I came in this morning and started printing a banner on our L25500. Everything was going fine, but it stopped mid-print and said something in regards to there not being enough power for the heating module. I took a look at the back of the printer and one module was flipped and the other wasn't. I flipped the other one back and turned the printer back on but now it gives me error code 15.10.

Has anyone encountered this before? Any advice?

This error references a time-out on the Drying System Warm-Up.
'Drying System unable to warm up in the pre-defined amount of time (55c while printing).'

Check that the input voltage is in the range of 198-205v
Make sure that the ambient room temperature is at least 20c (68f)
Clean the dryer IR sensor

On the L25 it is mounted to the hinged window of the printer. It looks like a silver colored pen. Clean the tip of it (points down at the media when the window is closed. Clean using a lint-free cloth or towel).
