L25500 Squeaking

Okay so for a couple of weeks my machine has been squeaking mostly when in backs up a substrate. This morning I oiled all the rollers and the print-head carriage. It is still making the noise. I think it may be coming from where the substrate roll is loaded. Does anyone know what I can do to stop this annoying squeak.

Not a newbie
My L26500 also do this. It seems to come from where is the media roll (when it rewind). If you have the solution, let me know.

I have the same issue on my 26500. Has done it since about a month after I bought it new. It seems like it clicks and squeaks louder when I have a full roll of vinyl on it. Any info would be great.
