L26500 / flexi panel sizing issues

I just purchased a used L26500 and so far I'm impressed coming from only using Roland machines. I love the print quality etc. I just printed a large 30x8 wall wrap using phototex and my panels are all slightly off. I flipped every other panel in flexi but I'd say each panel is 1/8 to 1/4 inches off the previous panel. Any suggestions for correcting this problem? I'm about to print two large box truck wraps on 180c but would like to avoid this problem.

I don't believe I did. I'm new to flexi and have only used versaworks. I'm still trying to figure out my profiling on the new machine etc so pretty much a newb rookie on flexi.
