If you can produce sellable product at 4 pass, I'm happy for you. I should really be running 12 pass, but the speed drop isn't what we need. I currently run 10 pass. I was running 900 inches, 2286cm for y'all across the pond, at a time, then running bits and pieces to finish the roll. This machine was purchased to compliment our LX800, but seems to be lacking. I have 2 9000's here, and never had the issues with them that we have with this thing.
