Laminate skewing/wrinkling before it goes under rollers

I am laminating with some Lamex and for some reason it seems to like not necessarily walk or skew on the print its laminating, but before it actually laminates it skews or wringles like it's crawling to one side with wrinkles or little humps. Trying to get a pic so I can post...

I have a Seal 64 base.

Is it maybe because you don't have the pressure all the way down when your feeding it through? OR could be that the rollers on some laminators are not perfectly flat, they're thicker in the middle and taper down towards the edges so prehaps your tension is abit off and putting the material through adds enough tension to solve the problem. Does it do it with all your laminates?
