laminating with motomark 12 mil laminate

just wondered who has used this and what kind of settings you are using to get the best quality, i am getting small air pockets under the laminate it looks like. do you use cold lamination or heated lamination, any info will be greatly appreciated thanks!

I have used 205/32 heat settings with the 12mil with good results.
