Suggestions Large Diamond Grade Reflective Sign Order

I’ve got a customer needing around 120 street signs. 18x12 aluminum. They would need to be diamond grade reflective/ digitally printed ( full color logo) and laminated. Is there a good company I can farm
this job out to?

Do I need a special permit to manufacture street signage in house?

I have no experience with printing on diamond grade reflective so what can I expect?

We print using an HP Latex 365. Is this printed good for street signage.

You need to be certified in order to print traffic signage. If its just a street sign (IE A name street blade) You can get away with it... BUT you wont have any warranty.

If you do it in house... you need to overlam it with 1170 overlam.

I'd suggest outsourcing it though - not sure who on here in USA Can do it

Are all 12 signs the same layout? If not never mind. If so, screen printing might be a better option than digital printing.
