Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor large format direct-to-fabric printers
- Prepare files and materials for printing production
- Load fabrics and ensure proper machine setup
- Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and production consistency
- Perform routine printer maintenance and troubleshooting
- Inspect finished products for quality standards
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Experience operating large format or textile printing equipment preferred
- Familiarity with direct-to-fabric printing processes is a plus
- Basic computer skills and file handling knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or within a team
