Latex 360 Take Up Reel Kit Replacement

Hello all - my HP latex 360 made it through the flood from Hurricane Ida almost unscathed. The only issue is the take up reel kit/motor are shot. I have had trouble finding a replacement (new or used) anywhere. Can anyone recommend where I might find one? I have tried HP directly but end up on permahold. Thanks!

Have you tried your supplier? I can usually ask my sales rep for my supplier (GSG) to order stuff from roland and HP. They usually have contacts or are able to get it for me.
