I'm using a 24" Vinyl Express plotter.It's been a great little plotter, no real troubles,but lately when it first starts cutting the blade hesitates before it drops down and starts cutting. I've been tapping it lightly and that seems to get it to go down & start cutting but I don't want to inadvertently make things worse. Has anyone else had this trouble or maybe have some advice.
