LED message board, interior

Anyone have a suggestion where to look for an interior LED message board? I have a customer that wants to hang it in the window. She is looking for a 6 or 8' by 18 or 24".

I have searched online, but those seem kinda creepy...mostly from China.
I called Watchfire, but they only do exterior.
