Need Help Ledco Econocraft 60" constantly blowing fuse

Have a Ledco Econocraft 60" cold laminator. It was working fine up until literally now where its constantly blowing a fuse. Go to swap out the fuse and it runs for maybe a few seconds then blows. No jams or anything noticeable causing the issue. I called Ledco service and they said it could be the motor control having power issues. Anyone have any insight that could verify this?
