Howdy all. We're considering trying Lexjet brand Latex 831 inks that have better pricing the their HP alternatives. Anyone using them with success? I'm concerned about color and long term fade resistance and quality.
I heard a rumor that HP had some issue with them and they are not able to sell HP's latex line currently.Isn't LexJet essentially a subsidiary distribution company that's owned by HP's media division or something?
I wouldn't be surprised if HP is just selling their own refurb inks under LexJet's brand name so that they can control production.
Not sure if you noticed. That is from 15 years ago, the article is dated Nov. 2008.HP settles inkjet dispute with LexJet

Yes, that's actually why I posted it. After the initial infringement suit, they dropped it 15 years ago and now partner with them. Not sure if you noticed. That is from 15 years ago, the article is dated Nov. 2008.
