lg sparkle effect??

hey all,
im printing on an lgld 3910g1370 on my jv33-260. for some reason after printing the vinyl shows a small glittery effect throughout my hole print.(really noticeable in light reflection) the quality is fine on the image, no banding, its like the ink is setting into some of the pours in the vinyl just not all. wondering if ayone else has seen this???
