Line issue in black prints... need help

Hey guys,, I've been getting straight lines in my black prints, very thin lines you can only see when there is a glare. Printing with a Roland VersaCamm VP300. Cleaned the heads, strip and blades really good today,, no luck. BUT does print normal when I print on High Quality.. does that use a lot more ink btw??
