Liquid lam for vehicle graphics. Need fast throughput

Looking for liquid laminate the has UV absorbers in it as well as having a quick cure time. Ive read a little about the LED curing systems, but understand that there are actually UV curable coatings that somehow have UV absorbers in them.

Anyone know how this works?
