I watched for a minute, then got bored - fast forwarded to the end of the video (thus far - it was live) and they didn't have that scaffolding half way up the wall yet.
I wonder how much this whole fiasco of changing everything and then changing everything back cost the tax payers. Too bad DOGE isn't around for this.
