When loading banner, I can't seem to get it to load straight. Seems I have tension and everything's good through take up, and a few in it starts skewing. Any tips on getting it straight the first time? I would love to be able to run this overnight but I can't trust it.

I don't use a take up reel. I print one or 2 copies at a time and have printer then re measure to find the ends before printing the next copy. However, even with that, I never run unattended.

I wouldn't ever run unattended on the FB. The cost for a head is like $3k. So, taking a risk worth that is never worth it imo. What's your vacuum setting set to?

even with a take up it was dicey. id recommend a r2r if at all possible. the fb series is not great at banner long runs.
