Hello
I’m looking for a affordable cnc router?
Mostly for Acrylic cutting.
Any suggestions? What should I be looking out for?

What size are you looking at? Laser may be an option if it's mainly acrylic that you'll be cutting.

If you are cutting letters or graphics with inside cuts, remember that polishing the inside and outside cuts can be challenging. Straight outside cuts are easy enough to polish, either by hand or wheel, inside cuts not so much. The laser takes that out of the equation as it polishes while it cuts.
As far a s cnc is concerned, we use a Shopbot 4x8 and we've cut plenty of acrylic, but polishing inside cuts is painful and we go to Gemini to have them laser cut. If you go the laser route, 30 watts co2 will cut 1/4" easy enough with a few passes - and polish too. Higher wattage lasers will make it deeper and faster.
