Looking for a Roland Tech to check out my printer

You use the printer to see which section is printing best.
Then Versaworks to make the setting.
It is under Printer Settings.
Select your printer, and you will see an Advanced tab in the middle of the page. Click on advanced and then select the nozzle section that you want to use.
This is how you avoid replacing a head if you have a good nozzle mask section.

hey I found it! I had to click on the HOME button then click the printer settings. It is printing fine now thanks so much. Is it ok to print my blues like this until I get a new head? I just need to find someone somewhat local that will install it for me. My local company, APC stopped working on Rolands

Oh sorry, you’re using Versaworks 7, what a shame.
Anyway, you have to go to the home screen and then printer, then the settings gear.
