Looking for a specific Aluminum post and cap

Hey guys, I've been scouring all of my normal sources looking for a specific post/cap combo. The post is 3 1/4" OD and roughly 1/8" wall. If anyone can direct me where to find such posts and caps, please let me know.

Posts you can get at any metal supplier. That cap looks like a Fypon product or something similar - it doesn't look like a cast aluminum finial.
