I know most of you are aware of Indy Imaging not taking new orders, even for customers that have been with them since 2012, like myself.
I've put in a request for them to hopefully consider taking my order. I have a customer of mine that gets fabric banners printed every year (sometimes two to three times a year).
These banners need to look consistent in color because they hang next to each other in the gymnasium.
I reiterated that I was not asking to become a new customer; I was just asking to continue serving a long-standing one. My request was as follows: "Would it be possible to accommodate this order as an exception given our history together? I would be grateful for any flexibility you could extend."
My first response was the cookie-cutter email that I got when I tried to submit the order the first time. Then I responded back, asking them to please read my email and not use a cookie-cutter response.
This was their response to me: "We have sent your response to management. They reviewed your account and request and have declined. Thank you."
So ultimately, I'm looking for a good quality vendor that can print fabric banners.
