Looking for a wholsealer of this retractable

Anyone know who sells this stand wholesale... I've gone to all the typical suppliers (Orbus, Catapult etc) and no on has an 18" x 24" minii retractable (18" x 20 - 30" Deluxe Adjustable rod Retractable Banner Stand) but there are a bunch of people selling on Amazon. I can find 15" and 24", just not 18".

And I need 100 - 150 of them.
