Looking for affordable on-site or remote tech support for two UV printers

I recently acquired two UV printers and both need some attention. I'm looking for an affordable technician in the Austin, Texas area for on-site support. I would also be happy with real time remote support via online chat, video call, or telephone. I can't afford the manufacturer's technicians but I can pay a fair rate and I would be an easy customer.

The printers in question are:
1. Mimaki UCJV300-160 . I'm getting the 61b "supply ink" error.
2. Handtop UV Flatbed ( HT2512UV FR8 w/ Ricoh Gen5 heads ). This one has a few issues.

I would welcome any and all help in finding on-site or realtime off-site support for these. Thank you!

If Print1 doesn't work out for whatever reason, consider us your second choice. We're in LA but regularly provide remote support to our customers, as well as on-site service as needed.
