Looking for Blank Tin Sign Supplier

I image Custom Tin Signs for a vendor and he can currently get 9"x12" white tin blanks from China, but has been unable to get any for the larger size of 12.5x16.
I need to get the white spray can out of my hands.
Any leads would be great.
