Looking for FC5100 replacement pinch roller spring

Does anyone know where I can get a replacement pinch roller spring for an FC5100? Part number 621172210. My service man says he can't get parts for this old machine anymore. Alternatively if anyone knows the specs for the spring so I could try and find a work-alike online somewhere that may also work.

I've tried googling the part number but the only thing that comes up are service manuals.
